Drone Spraying
The Tree Doctor Inc. is fully licensed both with the FAA and NYS DEC to operate and apply pesticides with a drone. Our drone has a wingspan of over 5 feet when in operation and is capable of applying pesticides with rates up to 27.5 acres an hour. This allows us to apply products in agricultural situations and in conjunction with our vegetation management division for invasive plant specie control. Drone spraying has many benefits including increasing crop yield due to elimination of ground contact and damage. Drones also can spray in places conventional equipment simply cannot get due to water, slopes or other geographic and environmental barriers.
